As a Pennsylvania native, I relocated to Los Angeles earning my BA in Sculpture/New Genres in 2022. I am a multidisciplinary artist with a fascination with the “magical”. I use surrealism as a means of building archetypes that play a role in the narrative of my work. The subjects I paint are those close to me; their traits and stories inspire their depictions, evoking a tapestry that is rich with emotion. I treat the premeditation stage of a painting like a ritual. I build intricate systems that are both performative and introspective that produce a vision. This vision ultimately inspires the manifestation of this magical interpretation of my waking life.
